First off, it’s not everyday that you
find an official so open to different types of people like my husband
and I. We had only two requests: that the ceremony be light and fun and
that the ceremony be as non-religious as possible. Lisa did all this and
more. Second of all, she wore a beautiful dress that matched the colors
of the wedding! Not everyone would do that.
We were just surprised to find someone
as such short notice. We had a lot going on during the months planning
our wedding; we had talked to another officiant before calling Lisa and
he was already booked for the day of our wedding. He recommended us to
Lisa and we’re so glad he did!She gladly took on the task even with
short notice and our wedding was perfect. Not to mention, I had trouble
finding a way to play the song that I would walk down the isle to and

Lisa is a very friendly and flexible
person to work with. I made changes to my vows several times, and she
never showed the slightest hint of impatience with me. In fact, she was
gung ho about every change that I made. She is professional and very

Lisa was our officiant this past November, and I could not have been
more pleased. We had no idea who was going to officiate our ceremony
because neither the groom nor myself attend a church. We thought about
asking a friend to get ordained online, but didn’t really have anyone
that we thought would be just right for the job. Then Lisa emailed me,
having gotten my email address from WeddingChannel.com. And I’m so glad
she did! She was EXACTLY what we were looking for. After meeting her for
the first time to kind of see if she’d work out for us, I was so
excited. She’s fantastic, professional, thorough, helpful… I absolutely
